TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 7th August 2026
1. About these Terms
Welcome to Yutrients.
These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, create an account, place an order or use any of our services.
This website is operated by Yor Nutrition Ltd, trading as Yutrients. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17030498. Our registered office is at Springmead Farm Ham, Combe St Nicholas, Chard, Somerset, United Kingdom, TA20 3HS.
In these Terms, "Yutrients", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Yor Nutrition Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the person using our website or purchasing our products.
By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
If you have any questions, you can contact us at:
Email: askdom@yutrients.com
Postal address: Springmead Farm Ham, Combe St Nicholas, Chard, Somerset, United Kingdom, TA20 3HS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Who can place an order
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order through our website.
Our products are intended for adults and should not be given to minors or children. You are responsible for making sure that the information you give us is complete, accurate and up to date. This includes your contact details, delivery address, chosen ingredients, dietary information and any other information used to create your blend.
3. Food supplements and health information
Yutrients products are food supplements. They are intended to supplement a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.
Information provided on our website, through our communications or as part of our Service is for general information only. It is not medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, registered dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional.
Please speak to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before taking a new food supplement if you:
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- are taking medication;
- have a diagnosed health condition;
- are due to undergo surgery;
- have known allergies or intolerances;
- are unsure whether an ingredient is suitable for you; or
- have been advised to follow a medically supervised diet.
Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on our website.
Always follow the recommended daily serving shown on your product label. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily amount.
Food supplements should be kept out of the reach of young children.
If you experience an allergic reaction, unexpected side effect or other medical concern, stop taking the product and seek appropriate medical advice. Please also contact us so that we can record and review the concern.
4. Choosing your blend
Yutrients allows you to select the ingredients included in your made-to-order blend.
Before placing your order, you are responsible for reviewing:
- your selected ingredients;
- the quantities and recommended daily serving;
- ingredient and allergen information;
- any warnings shown on the product page or during the ordering process; and
- whether the blend is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
We may apply limits to particular ingredients or combinations of ingredients for legal, safety, manufacturing or quality-control reasons.
We may refuse or ask you to amend a formula if we reasonably believe that it cannot be manufactured safely, lawfully or to our quality standards.
We will not knowingly substitute an ingredient in your made-to-order blend without informing you and obtaining your agreement. If an ingredient becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, delay production or cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Allergens and dietary requirements
Please review the full ingredient and allergen information provided before placing your order and again when your product arrives.
Although we follow appropriate manufacturing and hygiene procedures, products may be prepared or packed in an environment that also handles other ingredients or allergens. Any relevant allergen or cross-contamination information will be provided on the product page, during the ordering process or on the product label.
You should not rely solely on filters, categories or general website descriptions when making decisions about allergies or intolerances. Always check the information provided for your individual blend.
Please contact us before ordering if you have a serious allergy or are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you.
6. Placing an order
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your basket in accordance with these Terms.
Your order is accepted, and a contract between you and us is formed, when we send you an order-confirmation email.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.
We may refuse or cancel an order on reasonable grounds, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- the product or an ingredient is unavailable;
- we identify an error in the price or product information;
- the selected blend cannot be made safely or lawfully;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised resale;
- you do not meet the eligibility requirements in these Terms;
- you have provided incomplete or inaccurate information; or
- you have breached these Terms.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your order.
We take reasonable care to make sure that prices are correct. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may correct the price and give you the choice of continuing with the order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we have already accepted your order and the pricing error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
You must provide a valid payment method that you are authorised to use. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your full payment-card details.
8. Made-to-order products and cancellations
Each Yutrients blend is made to order using the formula selected for the individual customer.
You may cancel an order at any time before our lab marks it as being in production. To do this, contact us as soon as possible at askdom@yutrients.com.
We begin preparing orders promptly and may begin production within a few hours of an order being placed. We therefore recommend cancelling as soon as possible if you change your mind.
Once production has begun, the ingredients have been allocated and combined specifically for your order. At that point, the product cannot be changed, resold or used for another customer.
Because the product is made to your specifications, the standard cancellation right that may apply to other online purchases does not apply once production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
If you cancel before production begins, we will refund the payment to your original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear will depend on your payment provider.
Our full cancellation and returns information is available in our Refund Policy (https://yutrients.com/policies/refund-policy) and, for subscriptions, our Subscription Policy (https://yutrients.com/policies/subscription-policy).
9. Subscriptions
Where you choose a subscription, you authorise us to take recurring payments using your selected payment method at the frequency and price shown before you subscribe.
Before completing your purchase, you will be shown:
- the subscription price;
- the billing frequency;
- any minimum commitment, where applicable;
- how to pause, skip or cancel;
- when the next payment will be taken; and
- any delivery charges that apply.
Your subscription will continue until it is cancelled.
You can manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription portal. Available options may include pausing, skipping an order, changing your next order date or cancelling your subscription.
To prevent your next scheduled order from being billed and placed into production, you must make any change at least 3 days before your scheduled billing date.
Changes made within 3 days of the billing date may apply from the following subscription cycle. If an order has already been created or entered production, cancelling the subscription will prevent future orders but will not automatically cancel the current order.
We will make the next billing date available in your account or subscription portal. You are responsible for managing your subscription before that date.
If a recurring payment fails, our payment system may retry the payment. We may contact you and ask you to update your payment details. We may pause or cancel a subscription where payment remains outstanding.
We will give you reasonable notice of any material change to the price, frequency or main terms of your subscription. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law will continue to apply.
10. Delivery
We deliver to the locations shown on our website during checkout.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times will be shown during the ordering process or in your order confirmation. These times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a fixed delivery date with you.
We aim to deliver your order within 7 days of accepting it unless a different timeframe has been agreed.
Delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including postal disruption, extreme weather, transport delays, supply-chain disruption or incorrect delivery information.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by you, although we will try to help resolve the issue.
An order will be considered delivered when it is delivered to the address you gave us or to another location agreed with you.
Responsibility for the product passes to you when it is delivered. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Please contact us promptly if an order is shown as delivered but has not arrived, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
11. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
We want your order to arrive exactly as expected.
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery, if your order:
- arrives damaged;
- is defective;
- does not match the formula shown in your order confirmation;
- contains an incorrect product; or
- is otherwise not as described.
Please include your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us investigate.
Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
The request to contact us within 14 days does not remove or reduce any rights you have under consumer law.
Goods supplied by us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.
12. Returns and refunds
Because Yutrients blends are consumable products made to the customer's specifications, they cannot normally be returned or refunded simply because the customer has changed their mind once production has begun.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot resell products that have been opened, unsealed or altered.
These restrictions do not apply where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, unsafe or not as described.
Where we agree that a return is required, we will give you instructions explaining how and where to send the product. Please do not return a product without contacting us first.
Refunds will normally be made to the payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Further information can be found in our Refund Policy (https://yutrients.com/policies/refund-policy).
13. Product appearance and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
Packaging, labels, colours and the appearance or texture of powdered ingredients may vary slightly from photographs shown on screen. Natural ingredients may also vary slightly between batches. These variations will not affect the product's identity or required quality standards.
All products and ingredients are subject to availability.
We may make reasonable changes to our products, packaging or Service where necessary to:
- comply with changes in law or regulation;
- address a safety or security concern;
- improve quality or manufacturing;
- respond to ingredient availability; or
- make minor technical or operational improvements.
We will not make a material change to a confirmed made-to-order formula without informing you.
14. Personal use and unauthorised resale
Products purchased through our website are intended for the personal use of the customer or intended recipient.
You must not purchase Yutrients products for unauthorised resale, wholesale distribution or commercial supply through third-party marketplaces, social-commerce platforms or physical retail locations.
We may apply reasonable quantity limits per customer, household, payment method or order.
We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe that products are being purchased for unauthorised resale, fraudulent activity or another commercial purpose that has not been agreed with us.
Please contact us directly if you are interested in wholesale or commercial arrangements.
15. Your account
You may need to create an account to access certain parts of the Service.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login details confidential;
- taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access; and
- telling us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from something we have done wrong.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of these Terms.
16. Acceptable use of our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or customer accounts;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract website content without permission;
- use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity;
- impersonate another person;
- submit false or misleading information; or
- use our content or products in a way that infringes another person's rights.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, customers or business.
17. Intellectual property
All intellectual-property rights in our website and its content belong to us or our licensors.
This includes our brand name, logos, product names, copy, photographs, graphics, videos, software, designs and website layout.
You may access and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
18. Reviews and customer content
Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that:
- it is accurate and reflects your genuine experience;
- you own it or have permission to submit it;
- it does not infringe another person's rights;
- it is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading; and
- it does not contain confidential or sensitive information about another person.
You retain ownership of your content. However, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it for the purposes communicated to you when it is submitted, including on our website and marketing channels.
We may remove customer content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law. We will not remove or suppress a genuine review simply because it is negative.
19. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including payment, delivery and subscription-management providers.
These services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not own or control. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or all information provided by it.
20. Privacy and cookies
We process personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law and as explained in our Privacy Policy (https://yutrients.com/policies/privacy-policy).
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers that apply their own security and data-processing procedures.
Please read the relevant policies before creating an account or placing an order.
21. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, referral rewards, discount codes, gifts or competitions.
Separate conditions may apply and will be provided with the relevant offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- codes cannot be used retrospectively;
- only one code may be used per order;
- promotions are available for a limited period;
- offers may be limited to particular products or customers; and
- suspected misuse may result in an order being refused or cancelled.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not unfairly affect an order we have already accepted.
22. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for losses that you suffer where they are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
A loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of the breach or if both you and we knew it might happen when the contract was formed.
We supply products for private, personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or business interruption, where you use a product for a commercial purpose.
We are not responsible for loss or harm caused by:
- using a product other than in accordance with its label and instructions;
- exceeding the recommended daily serving;
- continuing to use a product after being advised to stop;
- providing us with incomplete or inaccurate information;
- failing to review the ingredient, allergen or warning information supplied;
- combining the product with medication or other substances contrary to professional advice; or
- an event outside our reasonable control,
except where the loss results from something for which we are legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- a defective product where liability cannot legally be excluded;
- breach of your statutory consumer rights; or
- any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
23. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
This may include severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, transport disruption, interruption to utilities or communications, cyber incidents affecting third-party systems, government action or supply-chain disruption.
Where such an event affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
If there is a substantial delay, you may have the right to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.
The Terms that applied when we accepted an individual order will continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
Where we make a material change affecting an ongoing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and explain any options available to you.
25. Ending or suspending the Service
We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website or Service for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.
We may also suspend or end your access where you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, use the Service unlawfully or put our systems or other users at risk.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Ending access to the website will not affect rights or obligations that arose before access ended.
26. Complaints
We hope you are happy with your Yutrients experience. If something has gone wrong, please contact us so that we can try to put it right.
You can contact our customer support team at:
Email: askdom@yutrients.com
Postal address: Springmead Farm Ham, Combe St Nicholas, Chard, Somerset, United Kingdom, TA20 3HS
Please include your name, order number and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days, where reasonably possible.
27. Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example as part of a sale, restructuring or transfer of our business.
We will ensure that any transfer does not reduce your rights under these Terms and will notify you where required.
You may transfer your rights under these Terms only with our written agreement, except where the law allows otherwise.
28. Other important terms
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
These Terms, together with the policies and information referred to in them, form the agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Service and purchase of our products.
No person other than you and us has the right to enforce these Terms, except where the law provides otherwise.
29. Governing law and courts
These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
