Off-the-shelf supplements are pre-made formulas designed for the general population — which means they're designed for no one in particular. Yutrients is made to order: you choose every ingredient and dose, and we manufacture your blend from scratch as a single powder. Nothing is pre-mixed, and we don't add anything you don't need. It's the difference between buying off the rack and made to measure.
IS THE FORMULA SAFE?
Yes. Every Yutrients blend is manufactured in the UK to food standards, using ingredients at safe, evidence-based doses. Because you choose every ingredient, you can see exactly what's in your blend — you won't find any fillers or extras you don't need. If you take medication or have a health condition, please check with your GP first before taking Yutrients.
CAN I CHANGE MY FORMULA LATER?
Yes. Your blend is never locked in. You can adjust ingredients, change doses, or skip a month at any time from your account, and your next order is made fresh to the new formula. As your needs change, your blend changes with you.
DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE?
No, you can order a one-off batch whenever you like. Most people choose a subscription so their blend arrives before they run out, and you can pause, skip or cancel at any time. Either way, every order is made fresh to your formula.
How do I take it?
Your blend is designed to be mixed into something rather than taken on its own. Because Yutrients uses pure ingredients, each blend has its own natural flavour, and some will taste stronger than others.

For the best experience, we recommend blending your daily amount into a thick, flavoursome smoothie, a tasty juice or flavoured protein shake, as these tend to do the best job of masking the taste. When we get your order, we'll run your blend through our AI recipe engine and send you three smoothie, shake or juice ideas designed to work well with your formula.”

The amount you need may vary depending on the ingredients in your blend, so feel free to experiment with the volume until you find what works best for you. Blend thoroughly and make it part of a routine that’s easy to stick to.
