Return Policy

Yutrients tins are made to order. Here's how cancellations, replacements and refunds work.

Made-to-order means no returns once we've started mixing

Every Yutrients tin is custom-blended to your formula in our UK lab. Once mixing starts, your tin cannot be returned or refunded — it's been made specifically for you and can't be un-mixed or re-sold to anyone else.

This is consistent with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude personalised goods from the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

You CAN cancel before manufacturing starts

From the moment you place your order until our lab marks it as 'in production', you can cancel from your account.

  1. Go to Account → Orders.
  2. Find your order and click Cancel order.
  3. Your card is refunded automatically through Shopify within 3–5 business days.

The 'Cancel order' button only shows while the order is in pre-production. Once our lab flips the status to 'in production' (typically a few hours after you order), the button hides and cancellation isn't possible. You'll see a message: 'Your blend is being made. This order can no longer be cancelled.'

Damaged or faulty tins — free replacement

If your tin arrives damaged in transit, or doesn't match the formula you ordered, we'll send a free replacement.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact form.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage (or a description of the formula mismatch).
  • We'll confirm and despatch a replacement within 48 hours of receiving your message.
  • You don't need to return the damaged tin — please dispose of it responsibly.

Allergic reaction or medical issue

If you have an allergic reaction or other medical concern after taking a Yutrients formula, stop taking it and consult your GP. Please also contact us so we can review your formula with our nutritionist — handled case by case.

Subscriptions — separate from individual orders

Your subscription can be paused, skipped, or cancelled any month from your account or the Recharge portal. Cancelling a subscription doesn't refund tins that have already been shipped — past orders are not refundable once they've gone into production.

Can I return a tin?
Once your tin has been made, no. You can cancel an order any time BEFORE it goes into production from your account. If your tin arrives damaged or doesn't match your formula, we'll replace it free.
