How we ship Yutrients tins to your door, and what to expect along the way.

UK delivery — free and tracked

We ship to UK addresses only at the moment. Delivery is free on every order, no minimum spend, no Prime tier.

How long it takes

Every tin is made to order in our UK lab and dispatched within 5 days of your order:

  • After you order: Your formula goes into production. Once mixing starts, the order can't be cancelled.
  • Once it's made: Your tin is dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked, within 5 days of your order.
  • Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked usually delivers in 1–2 working days from dispatch. Delivery timings are Royal Mail's own — we can't guarantee them, but your tracking link shows exactly where your tin is.

Subscriptions ship on a rolling cycle aligned to your sign-up date, so your refill arrives before you run out.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our lab. Track it via the Royal Mail website or app.

What if my tin doesn't arrive?

If your tracking shows 'delivered' but your tin isn't with you, please check:

  • With your neighbours and the safe location you nominated at checkout.
  • The exact address on your order matches your delivery address.
  • Whether Royal Mail left a 'Sorry we missed you' card — your tin may be at the local depot for collection.

If 48 hours pass after tracking shows 'delivered' and your tin still isn't with you, contact us via our Contact form with your order number. We'll investigate with Royal Mail and either re-send your tin or refund you in full.

Damaged in transit

Tins are packed in tamper-evident, drop-tested boxes — but accidents happen. If your tin arrives damaged, see our Return Policy for the free-replacement process.

International shipping

Not at launch. We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping is on the roadmap — if you'd like to be notified when we ship to your country, drop us a line via Contact.

Dispatch days

Our lab operates Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays go into production the next working day. Subscription customers are notified before each cycle so you can pause or skip if needed.

What if my tin arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a free replacement within 48 hours.
