We get it

We get it. It’s not one thing. It’s all of it, at once.

The broken sleep, the brain fog, the flushes, the shorter fuse — and all of it while you are still holding down the job, the family and everyone else’s diary. Your body needs more support than it did, and this is the one tin that covers the lot.

A woman around fifty in a hallway on a school-run morning, one shoe on and keys in hand, her tin on the console table by the door

Running on empty by the afternoon

You slept — sort of. You ate. You got through the morning. And then somewhere around three o’clock the tank is empty and there’s still half a day to go.

Magnesium, B6, B12
A woman around fifty in a mustard cardigan on a garden bench first thing, seen from behind, a milky coffee in both hands and her tin on the bench beside her

Flushes, broken nights, a shorter fuse

The bit everyone thinks of when they hear “menopause”. The sudden heat, the broken sleep, the feeling that your patience has left the building. And somehow you’re still expected to carry on as normal.

Sage, lemon balm, magnesium
A woman in her early fifties at an allotment table laughing at something off-frame, a trug of vegetables and her tin among the produce

Thinking about bones, skin and the long run

Those early-morning aches are a reminder that your body doesn’t recover like it used to. You know it needs a little extra support — but where do you start with researching it all?

The blend, made simple

Built for this. Yours to change.

An expert’s answer to this stage of life, and a blend you can alter whenever you like. Take it as it comes, or make it yours.

Built for the whole stage

Twelve ingredients chosen around sleep, energy, bones and mood — not a multivitamin with a different label.

Yours to change

Add a boost, drop something you don’t want, or move a dose. It stays one tin and one scoop.

Weighed and blended to order

Reviewed ingredient by ingredient, then made after you order it, in our own UK lab.

One scoop a day

Into a juice, a smoothie or a milkshake. Refills arrive automatically; change or cancel whenever.

What’s inside

Twelve ingredients, and the reason each one is here.

Every dose is per daily scoop. No fillers, no bulking agents, no proprietary blends: the label is the formula, and six authorised health claims sit at the doses in the tin.

“My clients don’t need more supplements; they need the right ones, without the guesswork or the cupboard full of half-used bottles. That’s what makes Yutrients different: pure ingredients, real doses, and a blend actually built around her, not the average person. It’s simplicity I can finally recommend without compromise.”

Georgia uses Yutrients blends with her own clients in place of a cupboard of separate bottles, working alongside a preventative-medicine doctor with women facing burnout and hormonal change. More about Georgia

Really impressed with Yutrients

Really impressed with Yutrients. The process was simple, the customised approach makes so much more sense than buying loads of separate supplements, and having everything in one daily scoop is incredibly convenient. Great quality and a brilliant concept!

Highly recommend!

I've been looking for a solution like this for a long time.. As a bjj hobbyist, I take about 12-15 different supplements daily to support my recovery, focus, and energy. … With Yutrients, it's much easier to stay consistent. I don't need to worry about restocking or anything, I just know that all my supplement needs are covered with one scoop of my blend. Highly recommend!

Questions

Before you order.

When will my tin arrive?

First orders ship within 5 days. Subscription refills ship 2 days before your next dose date so you never run out.

How do I take it?

One scoop a day in juice, a smoothie or a milkshake. Best with food. Detailed dose guidance ships with every tin.

What size tin will I get?

Every delivery is a full 30-day supply: we weigh your exact daily dose thirty times over into the tin. A bigger blend simply means a bigger tin, at the same price for your formula.

Can I change the blend later?

Yes. Adjust ingredients or doses any time from your account. Changes apply to the next batch.

Can I take it if I’m pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist first. Our blends are food supplements, not medicines, and they are not medically checked against conditions or medication. If you take medication, take your blend at a different time of day.

What does Menobelly actually claim to do?

Only what its vitamins and minerals are authorised to say, which is what you can read above: hormonal activity, blood glucose, thyroid function, macronutrient metabolism, tiredness and fatigue, and normal bones. It makes no claim about body composition of any kind, and we will not make one. The name describes who the blend is for, not an outcome.

Can I take it alongside HRT?

HRT is a prescribed medicine, so check with your GP or pharmacist before adding any supplement, and take your blend at a different time of day from any medication. The blend is not medically checked against medicines or conditions.

What does it taste like?

Mild, and mostly like whatever you mix it into. The blend is pure ingredients with nothing added to sweeten or flavour it, so on its own it tastes of the botanicals in it — which is why we say a smoothie, a juice or a milkshake rather than water. Most people stop noticing it within a week.

Can I take it with other supplements?

Check the label of anything else you take so you are not doubling up on the same nutrient. If you take any medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist first and take your blend at a different time of day. We can tell you what is in the tin; we cannot advise on your medicines.

Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Yes, any of them, any time, from your account — no phone call, no notice period. Refills only ship when you want them to.

Where is it made, and who formulated it?

In our own purpose-built lab in the UK, weighed and blended after you order it. The formula was created in collaboration with Suzie Sawyer, a clinical nutritionist with over twenty years in women’s health, and every ingredient and dose is reviewed by registered practitioners who put their names to it.
